What is suspended glass?

Each section of the tempering furnace equipment unit adopts AC frequency conversion technology, and the motor-driven reciprocating driving speed is adjustable. Each repetitive movement has an acceleration/deceleration distance to ensure that the workpiece does not rush and the drum does not run idle. The wind pressure of the air supply system is automatically adjusted, and the wind-winding electric opening and closing and the air volume electric balance are balanced. The main air valve automatically switches on and off.

Parameter setting
Through the upper computer, real-time monitoring of each process can be carried out, and temperature setting can be performed. There are 6 groups of heating wires (3 in 3 and 3 in the upper).
