Wang Gang, director of the Solid Wood Furniture Special Committee, made a keynote speech, expounding the development thinking and work plan of the special committee.

 

 

At the meeting, Shan Qingchuan, executive chairman and secretary general of the Municipal Furniture Association, first introduced the work of the association to the participants in 2013. After successfully relocating and buying a car, the City Association moved quickly and visited a large number of solid wood furniture companies. At the same time, after intense preparations, the Civil Affairs Bureau formally approved the establishment of five branches including the professional committee in the field of circulation, the professional committee for export furniture, the professional committee for woodworking machinery and the professional committee for wooden doors and windows. Shan Qingchuan presented the certificates of various special committees and organization code certificates to the participants on the spot. Shan Qingchuan said: "On the basis of maintaining a good development trend of Qingdao solid wood furniture, more than 60 solid wood enterprises are brought together through the Solid Wood Furniture Special Committee, making it the best branch of the Municipal Furniture Association."

 

Participants raised their hands and voted collectively, and all votes were unanimously approved. General Manager Wang Gang of Liangmu Group served as director of the Solid Wood Furniture Special Committee, General Manager of Qingdao Chunnuo Furniture Company Wang Fuchun served as deputy director of the committee, and Deputy Secretary General of the Municipal Furniture Association Liu Tianyu Secretary of the Special Committee. At the meeting, Wang Gang explained in detail the excellent management model and practical experience of Liangmu Group in the development process, and made suggestions to the participants. Wang Gang said: "In the future, we should strengthen communication among members, brainstorm ideas, jointly make plans and develop in groups; engage in more enterprise training activities, at the same time strengthen internal production management, and maximize the functions of enterprises through the combination of hardware and software." During the dialogue and exchange of the Qingdao Solid Wood Furniture Industry Conference, the participants spoke freely, made a fair analysis of the future development, and put forward many practical suggestions. After the exchange, the participants visited the production workshop of Liangmu Group and carefully studied their professional production management technology. In the future, the Municipal Furniture Association will provide more support to the special committees within the association to promote the common development of the island city furniture industry, so that the scale and production capacity of the enterprise will reach a new level.
